This is the absolute WORST apartment I have ever lived in. How they got it CO'd is beyond me. Upon moving in, there was no running water in the bathroom, the sliding door didn't fully close and you couldn't even pull it close to lock it. A burner was actually MISSING from the stove top.

The heat... oh the heat.. I happened to move into the building that had a heat problem.. so, my only option was to open the windows during the wintertime until the heat tripped itself off.. then I would have to call the maintenance guy to go down in the basement to reset the heat.. of course I couldn't control it from the apartment, so the heat would rise to the 80's until it tripped itself off again, and again.. finally I'm told that there must be a short in the wiring system, since the complex is so old and that they aren't doing ANYTHING about it until I vacate because they have to tear apart the walls... Refused to fix it!! AND when I told them that they have to maintain heat by NJ law he hung on me!

Did I mention how friendly the maintenance staff is' You beep them and they are SUPPOSED to call you back. One time I called about the heat tripping itself off and the maintenance guy actually said, "What's your problem, you're hot or you're cold, make a choice" and hung up on me!! All the while knowing that the building had a heat issue!! Unreal and the property manager was rude, really didn't care, just wanted the rent.. Also, no one really informs you that the train comes by practically every hour through the night and the apartment vibrates. I finally left and have not had one issue at my new complex.

DON'T MOVE HERE YOU WILL REGRET IT!
