Morgan Properties took over Glen Ellen in Nov. of 2007 and I have had nothing but problems. Lost checks, frozen accounts, charging us late fees even though we sent the check well before the due date and had bank statements and check stubs to prove it. The apartments are not in great condition at all. Yeah it was nice that the kitchen and bathroom are renovated, but the ceilings and walls have very noticable cracks and dips, the paint bubbles and falls off in large pieces. Every week some handle breaks off, a closet door comes off its tracks, windows won't stay open or are hard to open, and many other annoying things. Basically these apartments are past their prime. The maintenance people will gladly help but they have such a long list of repairs it takes months for them to get to you. You'll just end up fixing it yourself. The people in the office are nice and try to help but are exhausted from so many complaints. The manager will offer you no help and only make your headaches worse. There is no communication in this company. You get a problem resolved and the word never gets around and the problem haunts you for months. I would not recommend this place to anyone friend or foe.

i have to agree about the management and maitenance. calls are not returned and situations are not attended to . I hand deliver my rent check because they / and the online "conveinence " pay somehow always gets lost/misdirected and or not received at all.
