great location but management has let it go to the dogs and worse. The laundry room is likened to a dungeon. do not store your bikes down there . anything removable is stolen. the washer does not always ring out the clothes. the parking is assigned but never followed and management tells you to call the tow company to move some car in your spot as if that driver will never know who called( they know where you live!} maintenance never calls back . they say "no dogs" but that sure looks like one in apt. 24................. if you do brave it ........pay your rent in person because they love to say they did not get it and charge $115 late fee. the great view sucks if the seal on the window is broken and all you see is condensation mist.
they will paint the tiles in the ancient bathroom for an "updated" look that will peel the first time you get to shower after 3 days of life without your bathroom beacause the "guys" keep ignoring your calls to return to finish. lGjq8RUBjvsZjkb5ueji

I must admit this lady couldn't even distinguish her account number correctly to transfer it from her "stub" to her personal check. She even mailed it to the incorrect address at one point and had the bank call to confirm the mailing address was transposed incorrectly. Surprise-Surprise. It is really sad to find out that an ADULT can't handle their own finances! Very sad. What is the world coming to!!
