Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007
The apartments are a great size for the price and the area. Some issues with insects and the train is within hearing distance.
Beware that Westminster Management does not take your safety seriously. There have been an abundance of break-ins by a resident that was never evicted and I assume didn't receive a background check. When asked what the management company would do to prevent this I was told they would change the locks and that was all they could "would" do (even though every break-in was via an open window).
