Lived here for just over a year, can't wait for my lease to be up to get out... This place looks good on paper, sucks to live here though. You have to pay for parking, pay for storage, forget living on the beach, summer time you find yourself going elsewhere. all the city folks cram here. it's noisy, full of attitude and jsut not a nice place to be in the summer. Pier village was built for businesses so they come first, residents second. construction is nothing special, can hear your neighbors, security is a joke, unless you live in the main building where the mgmt office is, you don't see them, just the flashing police lights late at night. save your money, you'll thank me in the long run
