To be quite frank, this place sucks! They charge for EVERYTHING, the tourists are OBNOXIOUS, and threw their litter all over my deck. I paid $75 a month for a parking space, and my car was hit NUMEROUS times. The management office is a NIGHTMARE to deal with, especially Gladys who is quite possibly the RUDEST person I've ever had the displeasure of knowing. They also charged me $1700 when I moved out, for various things, replacing carpeting, etc. Let me tell you, I lived there alone, had no pets, and rarely even had anyone over...not to mention that I am a total neat freak, there was NOTHING wrong with that apartment, but that's how they make their money...they rob you blind...DO NOT move here!!!
