I have lived in Pleasure Bay for the last 8 months and I think it is wonderful. Everything in the apartment was brand new when I moved in, which makes such a difference. Their maintenance crew is great as well, they actually fix things (compared to my last complex that did nothing)! Parking can be a little tight at night, but I deal with it.

The woman in the office that rented the apartment to me was awesome too. After going through the entire process of renting the unit, she also gave me all the phone numbers for all of my utilities, and gave me information to do all of it on the internet as well. They office staff really knows what they are doing, everytime I call with a question, they have the answer.

I highly recommend moving into Pleasure Bay, it is worth the money and it is a beautiful complex.
