I love the property, but that manager is the worst. She constantly changes here position on things, and doesn't seem to know anything about running a property. She is never there, She was gone for awhile, but now she's back.

If she tells you anything, get it in writing. The maintenance is good and the property is pretty, to bad she's in charge.
