Very nice apartment that had just been renovated. Staff in the Office was not very friendly. Maintenance was good. My biggest problem there was drugs and crime. Bicycles and items were cut from chains and stolen off my deck several times. There are several apartments with 9 or 10 people living in one unit. Four particular places I know that sell drugs right on the front porch. They should focus on removing those types of tenants. Nice grounds for children to play. But who can play when the older kids are selling drugs on them.
