We have been overcharged for heat. It is 1st of July and I have $105.00 bill on energy -$70 is for heat'!
The BBB is full of complaints. Management has no arguments for the situation and it does not care, they treat tenants as if they are idiots. Laundry facilities are always dirty.
Thanks God I am leaving.

Not only do they charge for heat but they have some bootleg version of a water company that sends you $300.00 water bills! I would have to be running the water non-stop tfor two weeks for it to amount to that kind of a bill. The management never does their job. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!
