Pleasure Bay is only one step above the ghetto.

For the amount of money one pays to live here the apartments should be of a higher quality and the staff should have more experience dealing with residents. Resident complaints are not handled in a timely manner and rent amounts change without notice. Moreover, the property management does not hold up their side of the rental contract while expecting rent to be paid in full monthly.

The apartments are noisy--due to disrespectful neighbors. The area is dirty and the computers they advertise as being a "internet cafe" are usually always slow or broken. Do yourself a favor and find a better place to live than Pleasure Bay.
