Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2008
1. Pleasure Bay accepts section 8 housing tenants.
2. Laundrys rooms always dirty.
3. Ground are okay, but littered(condoms, beer cans, etc.) especially by childrens play ground.
4. If you opt for satellite over cable, you'll have to pay an additional monthly fee for having the satellite dish mounted to the apt building exterior.
5. Pet deposit and additional monthly fee based upon breed.
6. Ineffective management.
7. ISTA - Billed for utilities(water, heat, sewer) based upon estimated usage(not metered) calculated by dividing usage between all tenants.
8. Alot of inconsiderate neighbors.
