Living at Pleasure Bay is one of the worst choices I have ever made. The enviroment is noisy and unclean. The heat bill is based on the entire square footage of your building. So you are paying for your heat as well as your neighbors. You have no control over the heat you use and the managment makes the decision of when the heat is turned on or off depending on the month/season. The pool has limited access and the exercise room is filthy and there are 2 television sets one that works and one that does not. The electric is high and you pay for heat in the summer. When you question this heat bill that you are paying for in the summer the management informs you it is really not a heat bill it is really a heat service bill. Oh that makes sence now!!!!!! Your electric bill is seperate from the heat bill. The heat bill is from ISTA and the elecetric company is PSENG. The air conditioning has nothing to do with the heat bill. The air conditioning is your electric bill.
