I have been renting here for a few years and much like the other reviews that have said it this will also be my last year at this dump. They say the pet fee is 25$ a month which isn't too bad in itself but due to some people that don't pick up after their dogs they are charging an extra 10$ a month to pay for a group of people to go around picking up dog crap (lol, ever hear of anything so stupid before') The main problem with this is they are violating the lease agreement, I never agreed to any fees for my pet other than the 25$ per month. If they get away with this that means it will only be a matter of time before they start adding charges to the lease. They dont give a crap about the people here, all they care about is nickle and dimeing you for every little thing they can. Rent at your own risk, with or without pets.
