Not Impressed-- Go Elsewhere The place was not clean when I moved in, nor did the locks work and we experienced ongoing maintenance issues for 10 months straight--this is after reporting them 3 seperate occassions. They are located on a service road which will get to you after a while with

Avoid THIS building! Community manager was awful, some office staff was nice but they have no brains or authority to do anything, maintenance staff lacking skills and personal service, drug dealers, dirty people who let their dogs uninate and worse all over are let in this building

Professional - Great location - View of NYC skyline Have been here for 2 years. With the property across the street - almost like living in a park. Have a view of the Empire state building - midtown!
Shuttle to bus or train - quick commute to the city.

Not so great but not bad either Pros:
1. Convenient Location
2. Usually quiet eventhough its very close to Rt 17/Rt 3
3. Covered & secured parking, no hassel to clean your car during winters
4. The property is decently maintained and the grounds are well kept
5. Never faced any problems

Avalon Lyndhurst Living at Avalon Lyndhurst for the past 2 yrs and not going to renew the lease after this. Only reason being the rent increase every year. For the amount you pay the space is so cramped up. With kids it gets very difficult to adjust.
