Professional - Great location - View of NYC skyline Have been here for 2 years. With the property across the street - almost like living in a park. Have a view of the Empire state building - midtown!

reasons not to move into Avalon Lyndhurst I have been living at Avalon Lyndhurst since Jan 2009 and my experience has not been that great. Here are just a few reasons:
1) First day I moved in the apt was NOT cleaned at all!!
2) Mold/Mildew problems in bathroom. No matter what I did the smell

Let this be a warning to prospective renters... Having lived in this complex for less than 5 months, I can say that the time spent here has been unpleasant, to say the least. My biggest complaint about the Avalon apartments in Lyndhurst is the management team. They are extremely unpleasant

No complaints I have lived here for 1 year in a 2 bedroom 2 bath with loft and we just renewed. We have no major complaints besides that traffic jams that occur in the parking garage..maybe living on the 4th floor in an end apartment cuts down on the noise from other units and the comments on not

Mixed Reviews... I lived at Avalon for a little over a year. The people in the management offic are nice. The gym and pool areas are great. The location is very secluded. There aren't any stores in walking distance. Only office buildings. The grounds are kept manicured. Regarding parking,

How quickly nice places go downhill Pros: Building is overall nice on the outside, pet friendly, pool, gym and lounge facilities are nice and well kept as well. The maintenance staff here is absolutely OUTSTANDING. I had a problem with my washer (it broke and flooded the place).
