I absolutely love this place. The landlord couldn't be better. He really is such a great guy, and very respectful. Neighbors are friendly, and there is always someone you can start up a quick chat with. It is very nice with heat/hot water included, but it sure gets hot in the apartment during the winter. We often have to open the windows. The only thing we aren't thrilled with is the size of the apartment for the price(which goes up every year). We keep seeing more improvements being done, and yes it looks great but all of we residents know that rent will be raised again. I wouldn't leave this place if it weren't for the price. I love it here!
