The appartment complex is good, 0.6 miles from train station, some of the major shops, like stop-n-shop, Bank of America, Staples, Berger king, etc. at 5 min walk. Good Restaurants at Rt. 124 again at 5 min walk. This keeps the appartment complex very much in demand. The management staff is friendly, complaints are attended well in time. The appartments are a bit old, but maintained well. Laundry room is an issue here. There is only one laundry room, not maintained well.

Thank you for posting this review. We live in Randolph at the moment in a very safe, quiet and convenient neighborhood. we need to move to cut down commute. We are looking renting here. Are there any concerns regarding 1. Safety 2. Bugs 3. Snow removal 4. Heating? How is this place priced? 1 or 2 bedroom? Thanks for your help
