Plus: close to the train station, stop&shop, whole foods. Outdoors it looks pretty nice.

Minus: For this price its a very old building. It will be very noisy and you will see a lot of gaps between floor and door, floor and walls. I lived on the ground floor. Many insects and bugs invade the apartments. I saw HUGE crickets , millipedes and mices in my apartment. I had to call the exterminator. It helped for a while but now all these animals are back. Also, all the walls in my apartment are covered with mold, it's just dangerous to your health because you have to breath this stuff. I will have throw my apparel away because it's covered with mold too. I had to call and complain at least three times to get something fixed in this apartment. They will repaint the walls for the new tenant but you will experience exactly the same problems. You just pay for location. You'd better rent something else in Madison for the same price.

Would not recommend to anyone, especially if you have kids.
