Great Place to Live! - I absolutely love this place. The landlord couldn't be better. He really is such a great guy, and very respectful. Good location but awful apartments - Plus: close to the train station, stop&shop, whole foods. Outdoors it looks pretty nice. Minus: For this price its a very old building. It will be very noisy and you will see a lot of gaps between floor and door, floor and walls. I lived on the ground floor. Many insects and bugs invade the apartments. Good to stay The appartment complex is good, 0.6 miles from train station, some of the major shops, like stop-n-shop, Bank of America, Staples, Berger king, etc. at 5 min walk. Good Restaurants at Rt. 124 again at 5 min walk. This keeps the appartment complex very much

Nice Garden Apartment Apartments are clean and well maintained by the superintendent. Hardwood floors, renovated bathroom, heat and water are included in rental rate, and electric bill was consistantly low throughout the year because of electric utilities are operated by local municipality.

Horrible! The complex itself is ok. The good thing about is that it is in madison (a great city!) and its close proximity to downtown. Apartments range from newer nicer interiors to old and dingy. However, the services and superintendants that run this complex are so bad it makes it all not worth
