Nice apartments, a little outdated but large and breezy. The property manager was always very nice and easy to work with, and the maintenance staff is excellent! Four issues - right next to train tracks (so the apartments shake whenever a loaded freight train goes by), windows weren't well insulated (but heat is included, so it's their problem), limited parking (though they were starting to tow cars that sat too long when I left, so that's probably been fixed), and loud tenants (you'll find them in every complex). I moved out of state, but was very content living there.

You have to be kidding!!!! The property manager does not know her ass from her elbow. She does not care about her tennats. (and the people that live here are tennants)the only decent person is the woman that cleans the units. The manager, keeps apts empty to house her family with no leas, the company keeps the manager, because they are just as bad

wow, well, I'm sorry you had such a bad time! My experience was very good though, and the property manager bent over backwards to work with me. There is some turnover in the office, but the long term people (including the woman you mentioned) are fantastic. Also, IMO, I don't think anybody is intentionally keeping apartments empty, especially in this economy. But I could be wrong.

magnolia's best kept secret. the property manager was fine as long as you didn't have a problem. maintenance was a joke, you can always find them sitting on the steps the last c stairwell. they are always together. don't ask them to fix any thing, you have to call the office. call the office more than once, you are a problem. two of them to fix a leak more than once, and it still leaks. i smoke not in my apartment, maintenance left a butt in my toilet & dirtied my bath towel. they throw their butts on the ground for the old man to pick up. no respect for their fellow employee. the train whistle is loud enough to wake the dead, 3 trains a night sometimes. don't forget this is a quite community. the free heat is nice, no one would live there if you had to pay for it. the windows need to be replaced. single piece of glass, don't fit in the frame right, & don't close all the way. i actually had ice on the inside of my bedroom window. parking, maintenance stuck a sticker on my car because i didn't move it for 2 weeks & i had out of state tags. the property manager has pa tags ???? the cleaning lady did a great job, too bad it wouldn't last long. she would clean the stairs maintenance would mess them up, spackle dust all over the place. you aren't supose to wear it. i can't believe i wasted my time responding to this. i can write a book about this place. the whole place is going to cave in, there was five layers of tile in my kitchen, six now probably, that is what they do.
