I have read thru most of these reviews and, as you can tell, the anonymous ones are prolly the ppl trying to make their apt's look better
SEVERLY AWEFUL

With that said dont rent these apt.s!
1) non-existant parking - im not lazy just dont always want to walk my 15 bags of grocieries a mile n a 1/2.
2)Snow removal - wats that' these poor ppl near the old peddlars village side were plowed in for days.
3)laundry stinks- when it snows expect your 4 w/d's to be used up b/c no one else uses theirs in their bldg. make sure to always have quarters handy and Also trekking down a flight of ice ridden stairs in a blizzard isnt one of my ideal situations - im a girl i have ALOT of laundry. If you do go to a laundry facilty BE AWARE that you will spend $40 bux a pop. which isnt much but add it up over 12 mo's (im an accountant).
4)they will charge you $50 to use the 5x5 pool that lil kids just pee-pee'd in...ewe!
5)Some ppl have more ppl in their apt then they are supposed to - the reason for no w/d's or parking alot of the times.
6)The one maintenace guy didnt do his job of fixing my heater this past winter...very nice man, but didnt know a thing about maintenance. I had to stay at my sisters for a few days.
7)45 apts in one horseshoe, about 25 parking spaces close by, 4 washers and dryers-you do the math (it sounds like a dormroom or the real world!)
8)That so called nice peice of grass in the middle of the complex-dont step there-no one picks up their animals' doings! just fyi

1)Office ppl get back to you with in the hour
2)The main maintenance guy is very good and you usually see him around from time to time (he doesnt live there, the other guy does).
3)apt.'s are SMALL (1br = 715sf) but you make do. I can have 10 ppl in there at a time if i want to.
3)Quite-for the most part- someone really has to be using alot of bass on their sterio or screaming, to hear them.
4)bring a grill-it really wont go anywhere, the lady next door lets me use hers
5)everybody is friendly, not really anybad influence (im not racist - this means any nationality)!!!
6)you have MR.COW and the farm and the turkey deli close by.
