If this is read by at least 1 person, then hopefully I can help them. This place is terrible!
1) I waited for 6 months for them to re-sheetrock my bathroom ceiling. I lived with a big hole in ceiling and looked at my upstairs neighbors plumbing!
2) The maintnenance man that took over in 2004 is barely adequate and is extremely rude. He walks around like he is the owner but can not even complete a simple task.
3) The office girl...she can't answer a single question because she was put in a position that she wasn't trained for. Has to call another property to get help typing a letter.
4) No parking!
5) Filthy laundry rooms!
6) BIG roaches!
7) Barely any snow removal! The old staff definitely had it going on as far as snow removal.

Maybe if the owners actually paid for the properly trained staff it could be nice!!
