I've never lived at an apartment complex with such terrible management. If they fix it it's half assed and if you complain they bully you. Tenants have actually had ankle and leg fractures from faulty stairs and uneven sidewalks. The electrical systems are also bad, fuses constantly blow out and you can tell that professional electricians haven't touched this place in a long time.

How about the whole "grills welcome/wait, no they're not" debacle? Or the cops being called to Building 4 all the time because of a certain hellion starting fires in the dumpster, yet his family is still here and he's still setting fires, threatening other children, destroying property, etc?
