I lived here about 3 years and Wow. I am moving b/c of job change. I haven't really had any problems, if I did they fixed it. The maint. guy is okay and the office girl is helpful. Its an apartment so you can't control your neighbors but mine where great. I have friends who live there too. They haven't had any issues either, none like those. Its small but a great price for the area. I love the beach and the area.
