I was a Supt. and Manager of this complex for 20yrs. and I can tell you that when
somebody doesn't own something they don't take care of it. So obey the rules, recycle
your garbage, walk your animal in the area designated, take care of your laundry room, and try to understand that maintenence consists of only 2 people. This complex is over 35yrs. old and it won't remain nice if we don't help take care of it.
