The further away your building is from the rental office, the less of a damn they give about you. Building 4 is falling apart. Neighbors crank TVs and stereos very loud at all hours. One family has drunken fights at 2 am. Kids run wild, cause vandalism and are noisy well past 11 PM. Maintenance has been call on several matters (broken doors, broken doorbells, malfunctioning stoves) and refuse to fix the problems. Can NEVER get a hold of management. Outdoor lighting goes out all the time, rarely fixed. People refuse to clean up after their animals and let them defecate on the sidewalks. Neighbors leave furniture in front of others' dorrs, obstructing way in and out of apartments. Laundry rooms are atrocious, you're only given a $5 card to do laundry with, forcing you to do it elsewhere.
