I have lived here for over three years. When I first came to live in the complex, I was not too happy, I had never lived in an apartment and I was not looking forward to having to move into one at the time. Linda (the "women" they talk about in the office) was wonderful! She spent time explaining everything and made me feel that this could be a place to call home. Linda and the maintenance crew have been wonderful throughout the time of me living here. They are on top of any problem I bring to their attention and they respect my privacy, which is super important to me! They do everything in their power to accommodate all requests and in a more then efficient manner.

As far as the complaints about neighbors, I do not have any complaints. I however do not socialize with anyone there either. I am a single woman who comes and goes, travels a ton and have had no problems with any of my neighbors. I say hi in passing and am on my way!

One thing that I think is funny is when I bring something to their attention, for example one of the outside lights being out Linda says I am the first to call. Where the surprise is that it usually takes me a few days to remember to call to advise her of the light why is it that I am the only one that reports a problem. Maybe this is the problem some of the other reviewers have if you don t report the problem it cannot be fixed! You should NOT blame the people who run the office and maintenance crew for not solving a problem that you NEVER brought to their attention!

Anyways, I think Atlantic Manor is a great place to live. I will be here until I buy my own home, at which time I will miss Linda (and the maintenance crew) because they have made Atlantic Manor a place I am proud to call my home.
