I have lived at the Arbors for 1 year, and have nothing but problems. When I moved in, maintenance used duct tape as a tack strip for my carpet, this has yet to be fixed. The elevators never work, and when they do people use them as a urinal. You have the privelige of looking out of your balcony window and seeing a huge roll off dumpster. I have complained about a portable basketball court that the kids play with all hours of the night, and the sound echos off the building and you can't sleep. I have had to call the police out 7 times in one year for people fighting, throwing bottles off of the balcony, and breaking car windows. Just recently 12 apartments have been burgerlarized by a former maintenance person. You WILL NEVER SPEAK TO A MANAGER...because they supposedly don't have one. No one will ever adress your concerns, i have tried for a year with no response. Management is worried about collecting your rent and never giving you anything in return. Save yourself a security deposit, a year of your life, and a lot of grief.
