Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005
 
- Noise level is way high mostly coming from the playground all day and late time of the night. Plus the bouncing balls echo sound
- Too much fire FALSE ALARM
- Office staff never returns voice messages
- Iffy smelly elevators
- Bad maintenance on laundry facilities. Machines have even been used as a toilet
- Many many more...........

Bottom Line: STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE and SAVE yourself lots of grief
