My family lived there for 8 years. At first it wasnt to bad then things got worse after that. Kids destroyed the building breaking windows glass everywhere. Maintenance fixed it if they felt like it. Bugs everywhere. Then they (Fixed it up a 10 million dollar renovation.) It was done horribly with no respect for the people living there. Alot of peoples health worsened as the renovation was happening and the management didnt care it wasnt there problem I was told contact the the peoople that were physically doing the work and they didnt care either. One of the resdients called Ocea and the department of health due to the unsanitary conditions inside the buildings. After the so called renovation they up the rent over 200.00 a month plus electric. Then they started bring in people from god knows where that started running around the buildings threatening the people that lived there( one of the kids was a son of a maintenance worker). Smoking pot was the thing to do in the fire towers so thats all you smelled in the apartments. Can you imagine paying 1000.00 a month to live in the ghetto. Nobody cares. Save your sanity and stay away

i lived there for a year. it is bad. its like camden. you have to worrie about walking outside alone. they always are smoking pot at the playground. cant even take your kids out to play. they act all hard to get in with credit reports and all but it dont matter the people that live here are crazy. its stinks in the halls. you cant even use the washer and dryer and parking your car is free if you like the side of your door scratched from people hitting when they open their door. they dont care at all!!! its gross!!
