The Arbors seemed like a -------- in the first place when I even looked at it...I lived with a freind in A building and it wasnt that bad besides the fact that there were always cops there and some little punk ass decided to spray the fire extinguisher in the hallway making everyone think there was a fire and we all stood outside like asses in the middle of winter...but i needed a place to live so i said ---- it and filled out an app...My credit was ------ as hell so i wondered why they accepted me so fast. But needless to say I asked how much rent was and they said 750...i could barely do that but i could do it...so i signed the lease making the mistake of not reading it thinking it was 750 when they raised it to 890...I told them no d building and they respected that putting me in b building...I moved in and it was ok the FIRST Night...after that everything went downhill...Constant ------- of the next door neighbors or fighting having to listen to him beat the living ---- out of her and rape her so i call the cops and they do nothing but knock say keep it down and leave...people piss in the elevators theres a ------- ----- that stands outside my building as well as crackheads it constantly smells of pot theres ------- rats somewhere in my walls my shower door is broken and they still havent come to fix it my ac is 50 years old and makes funny sounds ummmm lets see what else...u can hear d buildings parties from my building my gas lines on my car have been cut my car has been broken into and robbed for some stuff and hear comes the best part...Maintence on three occasions have decided to use my bathroom while im home and i gotta peep my head out the door to get them to leave i guess them thinking im not home...Ive also found a couple things missing from my apartment but theres nothing i can do cause i have no proof...DO NOT MOVE INTO THE ARBORS Its a ------- -------- hellhole whatever u want to call it...The girl jenny in the office makes it seem nice but after u sign that wonderful lease U NEVER SEE THEM AGAIN.........DO NOT MOVE INTO THE ARBORS!!!!!!!!!!!!! it is a hellhole....Piss in the elevators and maintence making themselves at home in my home is the thing that got me...oh yeah freaking semen in the damn stairwells and ------- elevators as well...oh and than little kids smoking cigs in the hallway setting off the fire alarm...its a ------- hellhole do not move here...I called the NJ tenants lawyer whatever the hell thier called and they cant do ----...DO NOT MOVE THERE oh and i know i shouldnt have done it this way but i refuse to pay them a dime which caused me to get evicted but its disgusting there UNLESS U like roaches whores crackheads
