Wow, where do I begin. My children's father lives at the Arbors. At first, I thought it was a nice place to stay, but boy was I WRONG!! The people that live here should be ashamed of themselves, along with MOST of the staff. There have been some people in the office that actually cared about what was going on, they are long gone! There are two maintenance men that I actually like, the others are rude creeps!
Here goes:
1) You must use a laundry card to do wash, you load the card with cash and use that to do your laundry. There are only two machines, one is in B building in the lobby. The other is in A building IN THE OFFICE! Which means you can only load the card M-F 9-5! That is ridiculous. They said they are looking into moving it, but who knows when that will happen. If you have a busy schedule, like myself, you must walk to B building at night and load the card, it's never a problem getting in....

2) The property IS NOT secure!!! No building are you really safe in. There are NO cameras watching the parking lot. A neighbor had ALL 4 tires taken off her car. Tires and rims, not anything special, just what came with the car stock. When she asked to see the tapes, she was told "there is nothing on them"!!! How the heck would ----- know if there was anything on them unless, THERE ARE NO CAMERAS WORKING or SOMEONE INSIDE MANAGEMENT DID IT'' I am missing underwear, a bra and a pair of yoga pants. Just got up and walked away!! Maintenance also has been accused of going into peoples apartments for no reason but to snoop!! My kids dad is also missing a lot of tools he had from when he was an Electrician. Another person we know that lives here, hardworking couple, had all their rent money stolen out of their apartment with no sign of forced entry!!! Hmmm, wonder who could do that'' So you wonder why we got a letter stating that the Maintnence Supervisor resigned and they fired the wierd one that works here, who's daughter HARASSES every child. She actually cracked this 3 yr olds mouth open one day. Of course the 3 yr old's parents were not at the playground.
DYFS should set up shop in the Arbors, a lot of the scum bags that live here would most likely have their kids taken from them!

3) PLAYGROUND IS DANGEROUS!!!! Every time I have taken my children to the "playground", which is more like a hangout at night for teens, I walk around and pick up glass!!! I have found many many pieces of glass, plastic and other dangerous items. Including a condom, that I did not TOUCH!! The mulch has not been changed in YEARS!! After today they are no longer allowed to go play at the "playground" or the GRASS around the "playground". ****Today I was at the park with my kids after work, I was talking to my babysitter, walking around the grass that surrounds the park. I came upon a piece of what looked to be wood. So I kicked it over and found a shattered glass novelty thing that someone must have thrown out of their window or off the balcony. There was a pile of broken glass next to this object. I preceded to round my kids up and head inside. When I called the emergency number to notify the apartment complex, the guy that called me back, said " This is not an emergency, we will handle it in the morning." Okay, but it clearly states on the message, if there is a danger to you or another person to notify therm. This was exactly that. So I marched my butt downstairs after dinner and picked it up my damn self. I also made a public incident report with the Maple Shade Police. He will be going down to raise He*L in the morning about this. If my kids would have gotten hurt, I would have had ALL THEIR ASSES! I even told the maintenance guy, "I'm trying to be proactive and preventative." He could have cared less.

4) Maintenance is a whole other issue. We had no bars on our windows, to prevent the children from falling out of the windows. We just got them installed last week, after 3 or 4 months of putting "work orders" in. They failed the inspection that happened in July, and now want to inspect again, after making barely any corrections. There are two guys that are great, and are not hacks! You have to have some kind of carpentry, plumbing, electrical experience to become a maintenance man. Doesn't seem that many of them do have any experience, but bitching about having to fix peoples problems.I actually heard a maintenance guy say " There is nothing wrong with her garbage disposal, she just likes to ----- and hear her own voice." WOW WEE!!!! How about this, DO YOUR job and shut the F**K UP!

5) Bugs, wierd demented people, drug deals, fights, noise, I don't understand why they wont fix this place. The other buildings are atrocious!!! We are lucky enough to live in A but I just recently went into D, I want to know how the hell they can charge those poor people the same they charge us!! I would never ever ever accept the conditions of that building. EVER!! apparently there used to be a thing called "A building material" that is out the window, we just got the weirdest people moving in. I would not recommend moving in here! They are constantly threatening to evict you, they want us to abide by policies, but what policies are they responsible for up holding while we live here''' The whole "community" meeting thing, they obviously tried that 2 years ago, didn't follow thru, and now are trying to do it again. The Arbors are a mess, it is a disgusting to see what people do to where they live, and how management fails to rectify any and all issues that are present. If a roach smacked them in the face maybe they would..lol!

CLEAN THE PLACE UP!! KICK EVERYONE OUT AND REVAMP IT!! HAVE SOME GUIDELINES ABOUT WHO YOU LET MOVE IN HERE!! GET THE PLACE SECURE!! YOU CAN GET INTO ANY BUILDING AT ANY TIME!!! WE ARE OUT OF HERE ASAP!!!!!! OH LAST LITTLE NOTE...THEY DO NOT NOTIFY YOU THAT THERE ARE REGISTERED SEX OFFENDERS LIVING IN THE ARBORS!!!!
