this place is a joke. cars broken into, the office denies it when asked about it. yellow tile in the bathrooms...little square tile floors...so outdated. appliances, ha, outdated as well. gas furnace is not energy efficient. gas stove is so old it still has a pilot light. when we moved in, 2 burners did not even work. the walk in closet had the shelf practically falling down because the support was broken. when did they fix the shelf you ask, well about a week after moving in. a car was stripped down right outside of its apartment, wheels, engine, and entire interior gone. an apartment was broken into and the woman's car stolen. well at least the riff raff left the contents under a tree. large sliding glass windows in the townhouses on the first floor,what an invitation to area burglars. the maple shade police ARE NOT fox ghetto security, they are the POLICE. they do not get paid to patrol fox ghetto 24 hours a day. do they patrol the streets of maple shade 24-7' no they DO NOT. wow they have nearly 1500 units, rent averages about 800-1000 a month times 1500 units, holy crap that is a lot of money. and they cant hire security in the late night hours for $10/hr and a little pick up truck like a ford ranger for maybe $10,000, or used for $3,000. i find that quite interesting. the police officer said and i quote, "fox meadow is one stop shopping for criminals. all they do is go down one street and break into any and all cars on the street that will give them little trouble. the outdoor lighting is so poor its no wonder there is so much crime. on top of it they charge you for the carpets if they get dirty when you move out. according to the lawyer i contacted, he said carpet stains are normal wear and tear. besides the carpets are of extremely cheap quality. parking is a joke, they give stickers for residents but don't enforce it.my neighbor used to have their children over more than once a week and they all drove seperately and parked out in front of the apartment forcing me to park 1/2 way down the block. bj mitchell and jean scafide are like the mob boss and the henchman. they lie and threaten you like they are above the law, which they are not. these theives will pay dearly and i guaruntee it. do not rent from fox meadow, it is the ghetto of such a premeir area. go to marlton, cherry hill, medford, moorestown, geez anywhere but fox meadow. you can do so much better. hunters chase is a good one, can't really complain about that one, lived there from 2002-2003.
