I would advise anyone looking for an apt in S. Jersey do not live here....you get what you pay for. The class of people is pretty low. Walls are so thin you can here EVERYTHING!! We had a squirrel in our attic which maintenance never did anything about it after calling quite a number of times. Maintenance said it was not an emergency and they would put a work order in for it.They never did ANYTHING about it.It was there for the WHOLE 3 years we were there. We only stayed there to save money for a house which thank god we bought! The latest was the roaches.....we did not have them but someone below had them and we would find one or two at the bottom of our steps dead(only because i sprayed raid like it was going out of style) Also our bottom neighbor had mice. The whole place is gross. Also it's true about the laundry room-broken washers, people take your stuff out....OVERALL avoid this place. They advertise that it is so great but it really sucks.
