The place is nice enough, though the walls let way too much sound through, but the biggest problem is safety. There have been a number of burglaries, plenty of vandalism, and this fall there have been three assaults on sleeping women.

There are news reports of car theft, so don't think of moving in here if you drive something nice.

Management was apparently talking about making this a gated community a year ago; if they can't prove that this is going to happen, and I mean imminently, you should not feel safe moving in here.

If you're concerned about laundry, the machines are terrible. At any given time, a quarter of the dryers don't dry, and some of the washers have a habit of skipping the final spin, leaving your clothes sopping wet.
