Regrettably, I have several months left on my lease. I would NEVER recommend this community to anyone. We were told when signing the lease that it was a "transient" community, no wonder. The maintenance response is horrible. They cannot solve extermination issues, the appliances and fixtures are old and worn, and when problems arise there are either delays or statements made to pacify the situation without resolving anything. If I knew what the community was truly like I would never have moved here. It leaves much to be desired. I can't wait for my lease to expire.

I agree with your comments about the fixtures and appliances. My dishwasher was ancient and I came home to find water all over the floor coming from the bottom of the dishwasher.
