I've never seen so many moving trucks in a short period of time. When I first moved in, I thought it was ironic, but over the year that I was there I then saw why. I'll list these in no particular order:
1. Walls paper thin. You know more about your neighbors than you want to know.
2. Like garbage dumps? Dumpsters always overflow.
3. Dog/cat poop never picked up by pet owners.
4. Bugs - spiders, roaches, and friends.
5. Kids hang out in laundry rooms smoking weed. I didn't particularly enjoy catching a contact from just getting my clothes.
6. Security car always parked.
7. Dishwasher older than me. And I'm only twenty-six.
8. Rusty air vents.
9. Dust magnet no matter how often you clean. Mold too.
10. Very drafty.
11. I get along with all people but I've really never seen so many Pakistani's, Saudi's, Arabs, or whatever else in my life.
If you're racist, I don't recommend.
12. Expensive price for average accomodations.
13. Like shoveling? You're guaranteed to be plowed in.

Amen to that. There is not one item you've listed that is not true. The place is poorly managed and in dire need of repair and upgrading. It's awful. There are much nicer places.

Ha, I agree 100%. Shoveling was always fun with 3 feet of snow on the ground. The place is known as "Fox Ghetto" . A guy that used to work with me is now part of the maintenance staff, knowing that they hired him makes me shudder to think who else is working for them.

It is interesting to come back and read the latest posts about FoxGhetto. I posted the original review here and had to shake my head at the responses. Dam shame things have not changed over there. I live in Philly now and with all the crime here I am still much happier than when I lived in Fox Ghetto. The only pleasant memory I have of that place is living with my gf. Other than that, by the posts I see here, it is still the same over there. What a bunch of crooks!
