I moved from an apartment complex in Lindenwold that seemed to get everything wrong. I came into this one expecting the same. My neighbors are relatively quiet. Had a few problems but nothing outrageous. Maintence is great, I've had some problems but they come out when they say and emergency maintence is there in 15-20 minutes. Lots of parking and the grounds are very well kept. Within walking distance is a couple stores with is very convenient. The only problem I have with this town home is the size of the bathrooms. They are quite small. I am pretty happy here and would recommend this complex. With any apartment complex, your neighbors make and break your stay there.
