Fox Meadow

I lived at Fox Meadow for just over 2 years. Yes the population is diverse, so if your racist, this prob is not the place for you. I lived on the corner right next to the gun range. It could be annoying, but they only shot on Sundays and never earlier then 10:30 or so. Never saw a roach, although had Ants pretty bad one season. Sometimes the dumpsters would overflow as well.

Issues I had:

1. One time they were filming "----- Eye for the Strait Guy" in Fox Meadow and felt that displacing many tenents parking was worth the exposure.

2 AC Broke on a Thursday. Maint came out Friday around 2. Maint man told me that it was an all Day job, so they would have to wait till Monday. Monday a differant person came, and fixed it within 30 minutes. If the first guy just didnt know howt o fix it, he could have been honest and I would understand, don't appreciate being lied too.

3. Rent raise 25 dollars a month every year

4. Right after I signed on for my third year I ran into career and financial troubles and needed to move back in with family. I was 1 month into my third lease. We negotiated a fee equal to 1 months rent for me to get out of the lease. They basically took my security depost for the painting and carpet. The carpet was very cheap, It would have needed to be replaced no matter what after 2 years. So they told me they would figure out a final bill and mail it to me and we could work out a payment plan. I get the letter in the mail, call them that same day to find out they had already sent me to collections. Did not mine dealing with collection agent, but could have used that not to be on my report.
