Years at this apartment: 2005-01-01 - 2006-01-01

Everything in a state of disrepair. Maintenance personnel lacking knowledge of simplest repairs.
Office personnel extremely rude except when you sign your lease.
At least 20 people living next door. In and out all hours waking up the baby and blasting their music at all hours.
Dog feces EVERWHERE. Including us maybe 5 other people observed cleaning up pet mess.
Dumpsters overflowing on a regular basis.
Screaming and fighting and tissue thin walls.
Units closest to Rt.#73 very well maintained. Nice facade for passing motorists.
I'd rather be homeless.
