I lived there for 3 years. They show you those beautiful models in the office but that is a far cry for what you get. I rented there while I was stationed close by with the Navy. I liked my apartment but was not happy with my surroundings. First, my neighbors would fight often and it sounded like it was in my apartment. It was always at night when I was trying to sleep. There in no insulation in the walls between units. My downstairs neighbor use to get drunk ever weekend and blast his music. I called the management often and nothing was ever done. I talked with the Navy and they could not do much either since the place was private. Secondly, The dumpsters overflowed often and there was dog poop everywhere it seemed. My car was vandalized several times. I'm sure glad I did not have a real nice car. Finially, kids would hang out in the parking lot and party with music blasting. I never used my porch since I never felt safe. I stayed there for 3 years since it was all i could afford at the time. I was sure glad to get out of there and have not lived in an apartment since. I think living aboard ship in the Navy was better at times
