Have been here for 6 months and will have to ask for an exterminator for the 4th time. centipedes, rats, roaches, earthworms!!, ants. Our list of problems upon move-in was several pages long. Drugs are all over the place and there is no peace and quiet ever. Do not even think about moving in here. There are plenty of places of equal quality for much much less cost. I would not recommend this place to an enemy.

Without warning, I was placed in a section full of "brain injured" people, and non-English speaking immigrants. I am contantly approached by adamant panhandlers. Some even knock on my door, asking for money. Upon voicing my concerns, an employee of the complex suggested that I was simply "intolerant"! (sic). Shorly after signing my lease, someone warned me about the "ghetto". I then conveyed the warning to an employee of the "Ghetto" rental office. He told me, thta the "Ghetto is in fact such a nice place, that he even lives there! He does no however, live in my section.
