I have read a lot of reviews about evil dogs, gang bangers, angry alcoholics, speeding cars, etc.... this is not true. I have never, ever had a problem here. I mean, for $790 a month it is not that bad at all! Of course, I live in a building close to the management office, so they care a bit more about you, but I have never heard horror stories from the people I meet.

Parking:
Great, most of the time there are 8 spots outside my house not filled.

Noise:
Friendly with one of my neighbors out of the four around me, upstairs neighbors very quiet, no interaction... never see them either... dead' Anyway, the last apartment has been vacant for months. Some cars squeak and rev at times, but never a problem. Never been woken up with noise.

Grounds:
Good time... Dogs under control. We have a big dog, which is nice, but now big dogs are banned... only ones left are the ones grandfathered into their leases.

Safety:
Safe. Someone took the side metal logo off my girlfriends car, but that is the only thing after almost a year.

Construction:
Appliances suck. Get the stainless steel new ones. Pilot lights ALWAYS ON, make 20 year old stove top 180 degrees all the time, very unsafe... called about it, they said that is normal. Monthly power/heating bills over $300 during the warm/cold times due to the terrible unit that sucks up oil and electricity. Maintenance cleaned it all out and "fixed" it, but bills are still high. Insulation sucks, even for a first floor.

Maintenance:
Seem nice, but hate our big, friendly dog! Things get fixed when your at work... hate that fact, but whatever. FIOS being installed.

Staff:
Never really met them. Signed lease and pay them once a month.

Overall:
Not sure why they call it Fox Ghetto... seems fair to me.
