i've lived here for almost a year... these "luxury" apartments are a joke. i have roaches coming in from behind my appliances. the bottom row of tiles in my shower have fallen out and maintenence said "there's a list of apartments that need tiles fixed so it will be a few months." (this was about four months ago) centipedes, roaches, spiders. the dumpsters are overflowing all the time. the parking is horrible. i can hear the guy above me snoring at night, and most of the neightbors are rude. ALL THEY CARE ABOUT IS GETTING THEIR MONEY. they are unorganized in the office, and the staff is a bunch of fat slobs. they're rude and if you ever go in to talk to them about a problem you will sit there for a good half hour and they will tell you that they have to call you back. they DO NOT care about their tennants. and the conditions are HORRIBLE. AND in the winter when it snows and there is ice. they do nothing. i have fallen on the icy sidewalk multiple times, and witnessed a pregnant woman fall on the ice.

what they need to do is start worrying about all the illegal immigrants living here.

this place is discustin... unless you like roaches and law suites.

First off it is spelled "disgusting" and "lawsuits", this article is completely biased! I have lived here for almost a year and have encountered none of these serious problems! I posted a positive report about Fox MEADOW early this year. BUT, this may be because I live near the front and they take care of those apartments more. WHEN you lease demand an apartment close the Route 73. Jefferson drive is peachy keen for me!
