So Glad I No Longer Live Here From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 7/16/2008 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007   I moved out last year and it was bad then. After reading some reviews it seems like it only got worse. I originally moved into a 2 bedroom but a water pipe broke in the restroom and leaked into the closet in the 2nd room. After 2 days maintenance finally showed up and said they needed to dig underground, causing me to move into another apartment. They wanted me to move to an upstairs apt cause there were no 1st floor apts available. I refused to and said to either let me break my lease or move me to a townhome at the regular apt price. Which they actually allowed me to do. Had other maintenance problems in the townhome that were handled quickly, except my AC breaking on Saturday morning, couldn't get it fixed until Monday afternoon. Parking is horrible. If you plan on going home after 7pm, plan on parking and walking a mile away from your apt. Walls are so thin, could actually hear what my neighbor was watching on TV.
