I have read more bad reviews than good on this site. I must say that I am surprised. But I feel that the imbalance may be due to the fact that when people are unhappy or disgruntled they find and make time to let those ill feelings known. So I am taking the time to share my review and opinion with all readers.

I have lived at Fox Meadows for four years or more now. I have had no bad experiences here with the one exception of having my motorcycle stolen from in front of my apartment. That is no reflection upon Fox Meadows or its safety. It was stolen by someone that lives in Philadelphia and was related to a pizza delivery guy of a local pizza shop that scoped it out for him.

That being said, I will now share my opinions with you.

Parking:
There is ample parking for all residents and their guests.

Noise:
There is the occasional moment when you notice a neighbors party or even a domestic argument. But that is not out of the ordinary in any "rental" community.

Grounds:
The grounds are maintained well considering the size of the community. It could be better if ALL of the residents and their guests treated the property as though they owned it.

Safety:
I have never had a reason to feel unsafe. I routinely walk around the community at early morning hours and late evening hours and have never felt unsafe or threatened in any way.

Construction:
Taking into consideration the age of the community, it has been well maintained. Granted there are some energy efficiency issues, but nothing that you would not find with any property of its age and size.

Maintenance:
The maintenance staff is polite, courteous and friendly. They respond in a reasonable time frame and for the most part, can fix the issue on the first visit. Some situations have required the ordering of a part or two. But the end result has always been acceptable.

Staff:
I cannot say enough to express my appreciation of the staff. I have had the pleasure of getting to know key members of the leasing office. I can say that Carmen and Lee have both shown their desires to make Fox Meadows one of the best communities in Maple Shade. That is not an easy task but they are doing it and doing it well. Keep up the Great work guys.

Overall:
As you can tell from reading my review, my overall feeling for the Fox Meadows community are good and realistic. The thing to remember is that no matter how good the property management is, the community is only as good as you are will to make it. That is true not only for rental communities but all communities.

This really sounds like someone who works in the front office. Better yet, maybe you live the apartment model located in the office. Parking sucks, and looks like when it was sprayed with black paint over pot holes etc, they made the spaces even smaller. I have a brand new car that's now all scratched up. probably from one of the many uninsured PA tagged cars in the lot. I hate this place, I can't wait until my lease is up.

Hi Pissed off Renter 101 I am sorry to hear about your new car. But dents and dings are an issue of neighbors that cannot park, not one of smaller spaces or Management. As for the out of State vehicles, that is an issue for the local police not management. The phone # for the Maple Shade Police department is (856) 779-7111. In response to your theory of my employment with The Kamson Cooperation or my living in one of the samples is far from accurate. I happily reside on Laurel Drive. I have also assisted friends in re-locating to Fox Meadows. They have similar issues as I (lacking of energy efficient appliances and HVAC), but are realistic in their expectations of the community and I am glad to say that they are far from unhappy. In closing, I must say that I am sorry that you are one of the unhappy renters here. If you are that unhappy, there are many legal ways out of a lease that do not require an attorney. I will also remind you that this is, at the moment a buyers market and GREAT time to buy a home. Thank you for your response.

I lived on Hamilton road and i don't work 9 to 5, i work 7a to 7p or 3p to 11p and have i never in my year there found a parking space, even when i am off. This place is horrible, i paid all of my 1155 dollars on time and nothing ever got done in an reasonable time. No air, water leak in my bedroom for a week, and a spider that was in my sons leg...There is nothing nice about this place.

WHY SHOULD WE HAVE TO FIND LEGAL WAYS TO GET OUT OF A LEASE! WE SHOULD NOT HAVE TO HAVE ALL OF THESE PROBLEMS WHEN MOVING INTO A HOME; A PLACE WE ARE LEAD TO BELIEVE IS SAFE, CLEAN AND WELCOMING!
