I lived at Fox Meadows for a month! I had to move my family out of there. The rent is ridiculously high & the apartments runned down! My rent was 1,690.00 and the first week we were there we had our apartment flooded 2 times, outlets did not work, there was something up with the water & roach & spider infested! Upon moving out these people told me my $900.00 security deposit would be refunded in 30 days. Over 30 days later I call the office & she says I can't find your check. What?!! Then she calls me back & says oh they had to rip up the carpet & charged you $750 & then took extra money just to take pictures & other bogus fees! Then they lied & say they had new carpets put in before we moved in which was a total lie!!! The carpets were stained when we moved in & now they changed them on my expense!! This complex is digusting, unorganized, liars!!! My family hated it there & now I will see them in court.

Yeah that seems to be there way out of getting out of paying you back your security deposit...funny I commuted back and forth to NY and may apartment looked like no one lived there...but the carpets were according to Fox Ghetto a mess. Good Luck with the case!!!!!
