I have been living here for about a year and am quite excited about getting out in May. It has been very depressing living in this place and I try to stay out of my apartment as much as possible. Where I actually live isn't too noisy, but I live on the ground floor and can hear everything my neighbor does above me. I can hear his TV blaring every night, his stereo, his washer/dryer, his heavy feet pounding across the floor, etc. We are quiet, peaceful people who value the quiet so this is less than ideal. At the time when I moved in, I thought it was great value. Only up until March when the termites started invading my bathroom. Yes! TERMITES! The black winged termites that appear in the light to mate...Hundreds of them all over my bathroom and chewing their way through the walls. The first year it happened I called the leasing office and had many words with one of the mangers there. They came out and exterminated the next day. However, last night while my son was brushing his teeth, we saw three of the ugly black winged termites crawling on the wall....they are back! These buildings are infested with termites and will crumble in the near future. I can almost knock down the wall in my bathroom it's so hollow from termite damage. Also, this is not a safe place to live and I would never recommend anyone live here with children. Someone attempted to break into my car causing my locks and computer in my car to malfunction. I have also come out several times to find empty beer bottles and hollowed out blunt cigars sitting next to my vehicle in the parking lot. Like the kids or whomever are partying in between the cars in order to not get caught. The cops only patrol every once in awhile...they will start patrolling heavily only when something actually happens - that lasts about a week or so. There were gun shots a few weeks ago and a few months ago a man was followed to his own apartment and robbed at gunpoint at 10pm. That could have been me and my four year old son that night. I hate this place with a passion and think that it's not only a rip off, but a very dangerous place to live. The managers and the people who run this place obviously DO NOT care about your safety or your health. I asked one of the managers if he would like to eat his dinner at night with termites crawling around his feet? He didn't like that one bit.....tough, I say.

Number one, if you are quiet peaceful people, why would you choose to live on the first floor, it's an apartment lady..........you are going to hear things!!! As for your car being broken into...get an alarm, and as far as the man being robbed, that can happen on any street in any town during any time of the day. It seems you are complaining about stuff the managment cannot help and more complaining you do not have the funds to live in a house in Haddonfield!!

First of all, you sound as ignorant as management. Second of all, no where in my post do I mention moving to a house in Haddonfield. So either this must be someone from within the office or someone who works for Fox Meadow . Let this be evidence of what I am dealing with here.

Fox Meadows is about getting people in to make money. They do not care how many people live in the unit. 1 bedroow unit was rented out when I lived there to a family of 5. My friend lived next door. Their kids would climb all over the trees and balcony with no respect. They do not care. The town people call Fox Meadow FOX GHETTO FOR YEARS. Before that it had a name of Deerfield and another which I can not recall. that property was always considered a ghetto of Maple shade along with The Arbors

I agree, I too am moving out of this ghetto --- apartment. I don't know how I managed to live here for 2 years. it's been a nightmare! management is so rude and nasty, it's unbelieveable! especially when you tell them you're moving out! the lady in management practically screamed at me!I guess it's true, you get what you paid for.

My husband and I have been living here for 3 years. We plan to move out in December. We have the same issues with the bugs. It's disgusting. It's a waste of time calling maintenance, because the exterminator spends about 2 minutes spraying, and then he leaves. I would never recommend for anyone to live here. It's horrible, and management could care less. We can't wait to get out of here.

So sad that Fox Meadows management has to troll this site to try and defend its already tainted and worthless reputation! Can you make it more obvious by stating peoples personal business about a town they are moving to? I would rather SCRAPE and GRIND and do anything I have to do to live anywhere else than your money making slum..you go right along with the kind of demographic that lives there.."as far as the man being robbed, that can happen on any street in any town during any time of the day." are you smoking crack out of your anus? any town any time of the day? I would say my chances getting robbed drop significantly from not living in the ghetto! your grasping at straws here! keep grasping and i hope every decent person living there heeds this warning and moves out of your sorry complex!
