I would never have come to this section,mainly because I like living here, but it was brought to my attention by a very unhappy person. After reading it I was very upset, because you only hear from the dupes, who themselves do not want to follow any rules & regulations. I have lived here since 1985, Yes at one time, in the beginnig it was bad, but over the years it has improved 100x over. Yes some people don?t clean up after their pets, but management tries very hard to stay on top of if, ie I wrote a complaint once and the office manager acted immeadiately. Maint. has also been very good. It seams that people who complain are never happy where every they go. It must make them feel powerful.
If you stop and really listen to these complainers, one said that FM has 1000, apts, well they actually have close to 1500, now stop and think, People come and go and you only heard 6 bad reviews!!!!!!!! Come on people, use your head, only 6 bad comments!
Now for Maplewood leasing employees, what kind of class do they have, they have to bad mouth another complex to fill theirs, not very creditable.
Well I could go on and on about FM, but My living here for all those years and only reading 6 complaints, that should tell you a lot of good about FM. Complainers, move on, if you can?t abide by the rules & regulations, go find Utopia, dare ya.
