First, this complex has a lot of aesthetic potential if only Jager Management would spend a few dollars on the landscaping. They spend very little on all services (maintenance included) and thus... you get what you pay for. Second, after numerous promises to improve the parking situation, we?ve come to the conclusion that they?re not going to do anything. Finally, because we're in a townhouse, the rent is not competitive compared to renting/leasing a small home.





If you choose Maplewood, expect your rent to increase annually (move in date).
